Job Summary
Etisalat UAE is seeking two highly motivated and experienced Solution Architects - Enterprise Solutions to join our team and own the design, integration, and optimization of critical enterprise systems. This is an exciting opportunity to architect solutions that power e& UAE and impact the organization's core business functions. This role requires a skilled individual capable of mastering the lifecycle of enterprise applications, ensuring flawless performance, and collaborating effectively with vendors and IT teams to drive innovation. This position is based in the UAE, with relocation support available for qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
* Master the entire lifecycle of enterprise applications, including upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting.
* Take ownership of user access control, security settings, and compliance within enterprise systems.
* Collaborate closely with vendors and internal IT teams to drive innovation and implement new solutions.
* Enhance Content Management Systems (CMS) and Identity Management systems with impactful customizations.
* Train and empower end-users to ensure seamless adoption and effective utilization of enterprise applications.
* Design, integrate, and secure enterprise applications, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability.
Requirements
* 4+ years of overall IT experience, including at least 1 year in a Solution Architect role.
* Hands-on expertise in system integration and enterprise data modeling.
* Strong knowledge of databases (SQL, Oracle DB), middleware tools, and scripting languages.
* Proven ability to turn complex systems into smooth, secure workflows.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical and business audiences.
