Senior Full Stack Developer / Tech Lead (Node.js + React.js)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / Tech Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable systems using Node.js and React.js, leading a team of developers, and driving code quality and architectural decisions. You will also play a crucial role in designing and optimizing databases, deploying applications to cloud platforms, and solving complex algorithmic problems. This position requires a hands-on developer with a passion for building innovative solutions and mentoring other team members.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain robust backend services with Node.js (REST APIs, asynchronous workflows, authentication, etc.).
* Create dynamic, modern UI components using React.js.
* Design and optimize databases with MySQL (joins, indexing, tuning).
* Deploy and scale applications on AWS or DigitalOcean (EC2, S3, RDS, Load Balancers, etc.).
* Lead and mentor a team of 2–5 developers.
* Drive code quality, reviews, and architectural decisions.
* Solve complex algorithmic problems, especially with strings and pattern matching.
* Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
Requirements
* 5+ years of Full Stack development experience.
